Telugu cinema shines at the prestigious 69th National Film Awards. 10 awards went to the Telugu film industry. Among them, only one RRR movie has won six awards. Icon star Allu Arjun, who became a pan India star with ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, bagged the National Best Actor Award. Allu Arjun became the first hero to win the National Best Actor award in the history of Telugu cinema. Minister Thalasani Srinivas Yadav said that the selection of Allu Arjun for the National Best Actor Award is a matter of pride for the Telugu film industry. To this extent he wished hero Allu Arjun. He said that Telugu people’s self-esteem has increased with national level awards. Allu Arjun was selected as the best actor for the movie Pushpa and set an irreversible trend. Devi Sri Prasad won the best music director for this movie.
