BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has been discharged from Woodland Hospital in Kolkata. Ganguly was admitted to the hospital with a positive corona. Currently his corona is not cured. But the treatment is done at home. The former India captain currently has mild corona features. Hospital sources decided to discharge him.
BCCI President Ganguly contracted corona 3 days ago. He was later admitted to Woodland Hospital. Sourav Ganguly, who was treated at the hospital for 2 days, was discharged. This is Ganguly’s hospitalization for the second time this year. In January 2021, he was hospitalized for a long time due to a heart attack.
Sourav Ganguly had a feud with Virat Kohli before he was infected with the corona. Prior to the tour of South Africa, the BCCI replaced Virat Kohli with Rohit Sharma as the ODI captain. BCCI president Ganguly said he was relieved of the ODI captaincy after talking to Kohli. However, what Virat Kohli said at the press conference after that was completely different from what Ganguly said. Kohli said he was told about an hour and a half before the captaincy was to be removed. Responding to Virat’s statement, Ganguly said that whatever the board does now, it will not say anything right now.
