Pakistan won by an innings and eight runs in the second Test against Bangladesh at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Swept the series 2-0. Off-spinner Sajid Khan won 4-86. He took 8 wickets in the first innings. Pakistan’s victory was in doubt as the third session was washed out on the first day due to rain in Dhaka, bowling only 6.2 overs on the second day and no play possible on the third day.
Pak, who batted first in the match, lost four wickets in the first innings and declared for 300 runs. Babur Azam 76, Azar Ali 56, Alam 50. Bangladesh were all out for 87 in the first innings. With this came Palovan Adalsi. Bangla were all out for 205 in the second innings. Shakib Al Hasan scored 63 runs. Pakistan won the first Test by eight wickets.
